1. Our Green Card model requires Registered Nurses who have passed NCLEX-RN or working towards taking the exam.

2. Must be employed in a staff nurse (Registered Nurse) position providing direct patient care in the following healthcare settings. No charge nurse, unit managers, nurse supervisor, etc. 

3. Must have at least one year experience in any of the following hospital settings with bed capacity of 100+

Approved Healthcare Settings: Medical Surgical, Operating Room( Theatre), Accident & Emergency/Trauma, Telemetry, ICU, CV-ICU, CT-ICU, PICU, NICU, Coronary Care, Critical Care, Oncology, Postpartum, Mother-Baby Unit, Pediatrics, Progressive Care, Interventional Radiology, Nephrology, Renal, and presently working in Acute, Inpatient Hospital Setting, with bed capacity of 100+.

Our Recruitment Process

1. Apply Online:

If you have already passed NCLEX-RN exam or you are scheduled to take the exam, complete our online application form below. For NCLEX registration instructions, see the next page.

2. Pre-screening Video Interview:

The second step in the process is to introduce you to the program and understand your education background, experience, family status, and placement goals.

3. Accept a Job Offer:

We work with you to select a hospital job in the State of your choice.

4. Service and Employment Agreement:

The next step is to sign a employment agreement.

5. NCLEX Registration:

Non-NCLEXED Nurse will need to register to be authorized to sit for the NCLEX exam in Kenya. A registration fee will apply.  Trustcom Medical Staffing will reimburse your exam fee 100% once you pass the test.  For NCLEX instructions, see our next page.

6. Document Collection:

Submit all required documents to get ready for the greencard application.

7. Greencard Processing:

Your Green Card application will be filed on your behalf at no cost to you.  Arrive in the United States in as little as 8 to 12 months.
